The new investment „Osiedle Szczęsne” consists of two single-family, semi-detached buildings. The estate is being built in an intimate, quiet area in the vicinity of a forest. The location of the estate allows for quick access to the city center of Grodzisk Mazowiecki and the S8 route. A new school is being built in the vicinity of the estate.
